This section lists all press releases and announcements issued by the Census and Statistics Department.
In September of each year, the Census and Statistics Department will announce to the mass media the date schedule for issuing regular press releases on statistical data in the ensuing year (Excel / PDF). The regular press releases are issued to the media at 4:30 p.m. Hong Kong time (i.e. GMT 08:30) and posted to this website shortly afterwards.
